3 IMPORTANT ELEMENTS TO IMPROVE YOUR KICKING COMBINATION

1.Concentration
Visualize doing each kick with perfect technique. Also imagine transitioning smoothly and with the right rhythm in between the strikes and footwork.

2.Energy
Be efficient in how you expend your energies. Know what parts of the combination require you to flow and be relaxed, while still remaining fast, and the moments of impact where you need to be tense and crash with heavy force.

3.Posture
Practice going through the correct positions for each kick gradually from slow to medium speed. Then trust the repetition and go for it with explosiveness. Make sure you are stretched out.
