September 2026 HISA Winner: Taegeuk SaamTaegeuk | Hong Ik Martial Arts of Fair Lawn

Fair Lawn September 2026 Taegeuk SaamTaegeuk

HISA Winner: Neel Trivedi

Neel is the recipient of the September 2026 HISA Award!

Neel has always approached HISA training with enthusiasm and a genuine commitment to putting what he learns into practice. Rather than viewing HISA as something separate from his regular martial arts classes, he has made it a meaningful part of his ongoing training.

September’s HISA theme brought together the previous Taegeuk and Saam Taegeuk themes, challenging students in the third week to alternate between the two forms of Qigong. This progression required students to recall what they had learned, transition between the exercises, and maintain control throughout their practice.

Neel’s achievement reflects the strong foundation he has built through his regular HISA training. His willingness to consistently engage in these exercises demonstrates how small efforts, repeated over time, can contribute to meaningful development.

Congratulations, Neel, on earning this well-deserved recognition!

We look forward to seeing you continue to grow.
