There are many Taekwondo belts, all different colors. They are all a different rank of course up the ladder to black belt. So what do those colors mean?

The Benefits Of Taekwondo For Meditation Training
Understanding one’s inner self is a major part of participating in the practice of meditation. The benefits are numerous including lowering high blood pressure, decreasing stress related tension, improving the immune system and most importantly the strengthening of one’s energy, referred to as prana. The same can be said of studying martial arts as it has similar helpful advantages for health. Combine the two and the benefits would only be multiplied however numerous questions do come up about how practicing something like Taekwondo would be distracting for one who is looking to bring peace to their mind through meditation. What is the curriculum of the day?
I wasn’t sure what to expect for my first SUSA training. An email was sent out to think about the biggest issue in teaching round house kick to white belts and what would be a better method. I assumed it was going to be additional instructor and teaching technique training for the next hour and a half. As we were warming up and going through the drills I was still waiting for the topic of the day to come up.
