Training to Improve Your Front Snap Kick
October 20, 2015
With front snap kick your focus should be on your dahnjeon. This increases your internal energy, which increases the power of your kicking.
You can build up your muscles by doing the one leg holding posture after the kick as well as on its own. This holding posture builds the muscles of the legs and abdominals and builds better balance.
By holding the one leg holding posture, you will also build your concentration. By focusing on your balance after the kicking the distractions of your mind begin to fall away.
With sufficient practice, your mind will clear and you can feel harmony of your body, mind and spirit.
