June 2, 2015
In Taekwondo, a form (“poomse”) is a method of expressing and cultivating energy through a series of stances and flowing movements involving various offensive and defensive hand and kicking techniques.
A mature poomse required harmony (“taegeuk”) of um and yang, with proper posture, respiration, and deep concentration.
