HIMA CHAMPION: Holding Push-Ups
Winner: Peter Burns
Peter Burns is the winner of the July 2026 Holding Push-ups HIMAC challenge. He kept great posture throughout the progressively difficult final match requiring 3/5/10 second holding times mixed in with full pushups. His home 3-week training chart showed consistent progress, which we also observed in class.
This is yet another impressive win for Peter who is a dedicated SUSA consistently improving and on his way to testing for 2nd Degee Black Belt as soon as this Fall.
Congrats Peter and great job to runner-up Ethan!
