HIMA CHAMPION: Holding Push-Ups
Winner: Flynn Mitchell
Flynn is the winner of the July HIMAC Holding Posture! He showed continuous improvement over the course of three weeks and consistently pushed his limits. In his final match, he showed excellent control and determination, ultimately holding his posture with his forehead touching the ground to secure the win.
Flynn also recently won the previous HIMAC V-Posture in March and continues to train hard toward his goals as a SUSA, MUSA, and black belt student.
