Amelia Kedyk is the winner of the July HIMAC Push-Up Holding Posture!

Amelia carries a quiet strength within her. When she first began Taekwondo, she was very shy but through steady, consistent training, she has grown in remarkable ways. Now, at just 10 years old, she’s preparing for her Black Belt test this October as a dedicated MUSA student.

Despite her small frame and young age, her perseverance and determination carried her to a well-earned win. Watching her grow into such a resilient martial artist has been a true joy.
