HISA Winner: Eugene Mulone
Eugene is a proud student of Hong Ik Martial Arts and a recent First Degree Black Belt who takes great pride in his training. He trains consistently and diligently, always looking to improve and never giving up.
After earning the January HISA Award for TaeGeuk Qigong, Eugene continued to develop his Qigong abilities through dedicated practice. In May, his sincere effort and focus in practicing Saam Taegeuk earned him yet another HISA Award.
