3. Sparring ; 5 Round Rotation – Extra person; Heavy bag – 10 min
4. Develop own skill – Partner Target Training !) and !!) – 20 min
Sparring Technique Against 3 different passive reactions – 5 min
– round house kick twice with the same leg (against opponent sliding back shortly) – round house kick/crescent kick with the same leg (against opponent staying in the pocket not moving) round house kick/double round house kick (against opponent moving back deeply)

Skipping cut kick to setup skipping axe kick

Techniques from the clinch – 10 min
Slide out to the side front leg middle round house kick
Step back rear leg middle round house kick

Heavy Bag Drills – 10 min
Round house kick, skipping triple round house kick, clinch technique #1
Skipping round house, round house kick, clinch technique #2
Counter jumping back twice (1 time each leg)
