HIMA CHAMPION: V-Posture

Winner: Rashi Verma

Rashi has been selected as this March’s HIMAC award recipient for excellence in the V Holding Posture. Since beginning her Taekwondo journey, she has shown strong commitment and respect for the discipline, along with an infectious enthusiasm that positively influences those around her.

Throughout the HIMAC training program, Rashi showed remarkable dedication to continuous improvement, striving each day to surpass her previous performance and consistently exceeding her own goals. In addition to her personal efforts, she actively supported and motivated others, including her classmates and her son, who also trains in Taekwondo.

We should also recognize Ella McCalla and Satvik Sharma for their tremendous effort and progress throughout the month of March.
