◘  Purpose of 21 Day Sincerity Training
Detach oneself from old habits (Seub – 습을 버리고)
Return to Original self / True self (Chaam Nah – 참나를 발견)

◘  Meaning of 21 Days
This time period corresponds to the hatching period of the hen (암탉의 부화기간과 상통)
Meaning: Beginning of a new life (새로운 삷으로 전환함을 상징)

◘  Important principles to be aware of:
What are the important things necessary for my growth, but that I don’t folllow daily due to difficulties?
나의 성장을 위해 꼭 필요한 것인데 하기 싫어서 매일 하지않는 것은 무엇인가?
‣ Do the things I don’t like to do (그 하기 싫은 것을 하고)
What are the things I should avoid to prevent disrupting my growth, but that I often do not abstain from? 나의 성장을 방해하는 것인데도 버리지 않고 계속해서 하고 있는 것은 무엇인가?
‣ Don’tdothethingsIliketodo (그 하고 싶은 것을 하지마라)

◘  Choose one thing you would like to correct (be specific), or focus on one single positive goal you wish to achieve
교정하고 싶은 한 가지에 집중 하던지 대의를 위한 목표를 세우고 달성하고자 집중

◘  Mindset (마음가짐)
Keep the mind steady and inactive against things you usually react to in a negative way
평상시 나를 성가시게 하던 것들에 대해 평정심을 유지할 수 있도록 최대한 노력한다
Direct your mind elsewhere when you are tempted with animal desires
동물적 자극에 노출 되었을 때 자신을 다스릴 줄 아는 강인함을 배양한다

  ◘  Explain your special training for your growth to your family members carefully and in detail, and ask them to be supportive in helping you succeed in your special training
가족들에게 자신의 성장을 위한 특별수련에 대해 자세히 설명하고 이 수련이 성공적으로 마칠 수 있도록 지원해 줄 것을 요청한다
Explain to your family that in order to overcome the current crisis, you need to prepare more spiritually
현재의 위기상태를 극복하기위해 나의 정신을 밝게 하기위한 필수 수련

21 Day Sincerity Training – Daily Routine (21 정성수련의 행보)

  1. Get up an hour and a half earlier than your usual time
  2. Drink plain water as soon as you get up – no coffee or tea
  3. Dhan Jun tapping 200 times with fists
    Standing stretching (5 min.)
    Sitting stretching (5 min.)
    Vibration (5 min.) – see the online video of 5/15/20
  4. 21 “Jeol Su Haeng” bow training – play “Chun Bu Kyung” until the end of Jeol Su Haeng
  5. 20 min. Wa Gong meditation – 1. 2. 3.
  6. Review your meditation – check your body, mind and spirit
  7. Set your mindset for the day
  8. Laying down stretching (5 min.)
  9. Tea time
  10. Keep a dairy after completing your daily routine
