 HISA Winner: Lucas Gonzales

May’s HISA winner is Lucas Gonzalez. Lucas is one of our dedicated SUSAs who assists in class with tremendous passion, commitment, and effort.

Throughout his HISA training, he consistently demonstrated a willingness to try new techniques and approaches to enhance his experience. At times, he even incorporated the use of both hands during his meditation to create a smoother and more effective flow. Lucas consistently showcased his dedication in class by actively participating and sharing his experiences of the Saam Taegeuk Qigong training with fellow students. His positive attitude, hard work, and willingness to help others make him a valued member of our community.
