Kingsley has been training at Hong Ik Martial Arts of Fair Lawn since September 2022, and he consistently dedicates himself whenever he is in class, setting a strong example and motivation for other students. We are very proud of his hard work, both in his regular training and in earning his well-deserved HIMAC award!

Throughout the month of November, Kingsley steadily built strength, speed, and endurance through disciplined practice in the Speed Push-Up Challenge. During the final round of the Speed Push-Up Challenge, he demonstrated explosive power, precise form, and relentless effort from start to finish. His performance was not the result of luck, but the product of consistent training and long-term commitment.
