          Tae Geuk QiGong

TAE GEUK is the principle of cosmic energy cycle, as follows:

Once the energy starts to grow, eventually it reaches its peak, but instead of destroying or disappearing it converts into another type of energy, thereby continuing its energy life cycle.

TAE GEUK is the principle of continuous and harmonious cosmic energy cycle, without its destruction or disharmony. This cosmic energy cycle consists of two different energies called Yang and Um.

Grand Master Yoo discussed applying that principle in our own training and when we are teaching others – not attempting to implement the same style of teaching to various people.  Be able to adapt to each individual and their own unique needs for encouragement/improvement.
