– TAE GEUK is the principle of cosmic energy cycle, as follows:
– Once the energy starts to grow, eventually it reaches its peak, but instead of destroying or disappearing it converts into another type of energy, thereby continuing its energy life cycle.
– TAE GEUK is the principle of continuous and harmonious cosmic energy cycle, without its destruction or disharmony. This cosmic energy cycle consists of two different energies called Yang and Um.
– Grand Master Yoo discussed applying that principle in our own training and when we are teaching others – not attempting to implement the same style of teaching to various people. Be able to adapt to each individual and their own unique needs for encouragement/improvement.
