Congratulations to Benjamin Braun on becoming the HISA Champion of Hong Ik Martial Arts of New Rochelle!

Benjamin exemplifies sincerity and respect in class since the start of his training. His charts additionally reflect his potential for great mentorship in doing it together with his brother. Other interesting highlights noted in his home practice are his differing improvements after watching the instructional video, learning in class, and doing it with Grand Master Yoo at his first HST Leadership class. Looking back on the month of TGQG, he spoke about how it helped him after long days at school as far as stress relief and will look to continue Qigong/Meditation in his weekly routine.
