6. September HISA Combination – TaeGeuk and Saam TaeGeuk Qigong
One hand flows continuously doing TaeGeuk while the other hand draws the Saam TaeGeuk.
- This is the fourth consecutive HST in which Susas practiced this at the end of class. At this point, feeling the entire body work as one unit, sensing the magnetic force or electricity at the palms and fingertips, and experiencing the hands move almost effortlessly on their own, gliding smoothly through the air, is ideal.
- TaeGeuk illustrates the continuation and evolution of the Cosmos. Saam TaeGeuk illustrates us, as humans, showing gratitude to Mother Nature and our Precious Origin. By receiving blessings from Mother Nature every day, we should recognize our responsibility to all people. Through our sincere striving to widely benefit all human beings, we are giving thanks to all. We have received blessings, so we should give out as well. Hong Ik In Gaan.
