Challenge was not simply about who could hold the position the longest. It demanded patience, body awareness, and the ability to stay composed when the muscles began to fatigue. What made Caden’s performance especially memorable was the way he approached the challenge from start to finish. Rather than rushing through the moment, he stayed focused on the task and trusted what he had practiced.
