 HISA Winner: Austin Gao

Austin is a dedicated student at Hong Ik Martial Arts of Brewster who was just promoted to Blue Belt. He trains consistently with his family and cousins, applying discipline and focus. He has been pursuing martial arts since last Summer.

Austin committed to the 3-week HISA training with high sincerity. His steady practice of SAAM TAEGEUK QIGONG was consistent throughout all 21 days, as outlined in his HISA charts. The training made him feel relaxed, calm, and peaceful.  We see great potential in Austin, showing high maturity at the young age of seven.
