Nathaniel has been selected as the winner of the HIMAC V Posture 2026. Throughout the entire process, he demonstrated consistent control, precision, and a strong understanding of posture fundamentals. He stayed focused under pressure and execute each movement with intention. More importantly, his steady commitment to refining details and improving each week reflects the mindset we aim to build through training.

This achievement is a result of disciplined effort both inside and outside of class, and it clearly showed in his final performance.

We also want to recognize Ana Souza and Liam Schwartz for their outstanding performances as runner-ups. Both students showed great determination and growth throughout the competition, and they should be proud of how far they’ve come.
