HISA Champion: Eugene Mulone
Congratulations to Eugene Mulone on becoming the HISA Champion of Hong Ik Martial Arts of Tarrytown!
Eugene Mulone has been training at Hong Ik Martial Arts of Tarrytown for over four years. He is a member of the Sparring team and recently earned his First Degree Black Belt. Eugene has been enjoying increasing his martial arts skills and energy through contact sparring as well as his new Black Belt training!
During the month of January, Eugene practiced Tae Geuk Qigong daily. In his charts, he described experiencing peace, calm, happiness, joy, and focus during these practice sessions. Eugene devoted great concentration and sincerity to his Tae Geuk Qigong training and received the benefits from his efforts.
