Miru Kim has been training at Hong Ik Martial Arts of Mahwah for over 3 Years. He is a First Degree Black Belt and an active participant in our SUSA Program. During the month of February, Miru worked diligently at home to gain the benefits of Tae Geuk Qigong. Miru described his experience in detail using our homework chart and did not miss a day.
