Congratulations to Miru Kim on becoming the HISA Champion of Hong Ik Martial Arts of Mahwah!
Miru Kim has been training at Hong Ik Martial Arts of Mahwah for over 3 Years. He is a First Degree Black Belt and an active participant in our SUSA Program. During the month of January, Miru worked diligently at home to gain the benefits of Tae Geuk Qigong. Miru described his experience in detail using our homework chart and did not miss a day.
