On August 17th, 2024, HIMA students from Mahwah and Fair Lawn gathered together to have a combined sparring class. The class was lead by Master Jisun, Master Shine and Master Yip.
Combined Sparring Class:
- Warm up lead by SuSa Adrian Cho
- Group Jog
- Focus Target Training
- Foot work essentials lead by Master Shine
- Distance Theory lead by Master Jisun
- Group Match Discussion lead by Master Yip
- Freestyle sparring match
- Cool down with Sushik
It was a great experience for all students who participated. We look forward to getting together again in the near-term future!
