Training Reflection
– November HST training consisted of basic flexibility work, Taekwondo agility and cardiovascular combination kicking, partner Ki Gong, and the Study of O Haeng.  Leadership members, after warming up, began intense exercises which brought back awareness to our bodies.  With distractions cleared, we moved into partner Ki Gong Jigaam training.  It was then beautifully reminded by Grand Master Yoo that during this practice, we are all connected to mother nature.  And because of that, in essence, no one person is a stranger to another.  Martial Arts can be a great tool in gathering experiences of oneness which give us glimpses of no thought.  But we must be guided by the right principle. Ashes to ashes, dust to dust.  We must serve our soul rather than our ego to reach perfect contentment of the heart.
